Self Defence Classes for 5-7 years of age.

All Cubs Self Defence listed classes are for all levels of experience both novice and advanced, male and female and beginners are always welcome to join in anytime, all year round.

Please refer to classes directory times for start and finish dates for the year and which classes are held during school holidays.

No long term contracts for Cubs self-defence classes.

Cubs class focuses on building confidence with basic self defence and fitness skills activities preparing students for the older age class groups.
